Ingredients
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
Now let’s start by turning that oven on to 350 degrees – make sure to grease an 8×8 pan of yours too!
Get mixing!
This simple 2 step recipe gets to quick and close to enjoying your brownies.
First mix together the melted coconut oil with the sugar, eggs and vanilla
On to the dry goods…
Then you’ll simply blend in the dry goods of cocoa, flour salt and baking powder
Don’t over mix it yet as the best part is yet to come…

This is the part you just can’t forget – adding in the peppermint!
Best to start with 4 drops as you can always add more to the next batch.
Bake brownies bake!
It’s recommended not to over bake these goodies
Keep them in the oven for 25-30 minutes
